Through our partnership with our partners and donors, the Kongoni Network has experienced a remarkable growth, evolving from a modest social hall to a thriving community library(resource), recreation and empowerment centre. Today, we are expanding our reach beyond the confines of a single library to establish school libraries and
further community resources. Collaborating with local health professionals, we extend our
impact by imparting life skills and distributing medical supplies to the physically challenged.
The sports supplies enable us to organize tournaments, where we seize the opportunity to advocate for the importance of reading among the youth, thereby nurturing a culture of literacy. The impact of the Kongoni Network resonates not only within the Kongoni Community Library but also across our network schools, where our programs have been embraced.
In conclusion, the Kongoni Network remains committed to its mission of empowering communities and fostering positive change.

Thank you for sharing these remarkable results. The building is already transforming life for the people in the region and it is not even a year old. We are pleased to have had a part in helping it come into existence

This is absolutely amazing to put it mildly. Where do you get the energy? Also noticed that the ‘Library’ has morphed into a Resource, Recreation, & Empowerment center. What a wonderful blessing for Kongoni!
President – American Friends of Kenya
I actually teared up when I read this. I am grateful that AFK and I were able to help with a project that is so meaningful and life-transforming. Bless, you, Elphas, for dreaming and making the dream come true. And, of course, bless Jean too!
The center is strategically positioned at the intersection of Kakamega, Uasin Gishu, and Trans Nzoia counties, within Likuyani Sub-county, Kongoni Ward, in Western Kenya's Kakamega County.
